This is apparently serious business.

Serious business.

Holy damn, someone is reading the TOS page. It's a Christmas Miracle!!!

Basically, we just need to state that Premium features are subject to change without notice, things may transfer over to non-premium but you will always have extra features/changes not offered in standard Videostream. We're always trying to improve premium but there may come a time where some features are in additional charge on top of premium, i.e. content, etc. Who knows. Our accountant (who might be my Dad) says we need to state an "end date" for Lifetime so we'll say Lifetime is technically good for 5 years. Lifetime memberships will always last in that we will never force uninstall the application from your computer, but if one day the company should cease to exist for any reason or maintanence of Videostream is stopped, while you still have the app it may not be actively maintained. We do not plan on this but I don't want to be sued when I'm 92 and dying. Also, you can't sue us. For any reason. We can't afford that, we're poor. So please don't try it.
