Windows 8 - Firewall
Videostream requires two ports to be open to work properly: TCP 5556, and TCP 5558. Here's a quick way to get it working (if the fix tool didn't help)!
- Open the command prompt as an administrator:
- Hit the start key
- Type "cmd"
- You will see, "Command Prompt" or "cmd.exe" show up at the top of the list
- Right click it and select "Run as administrator"

Enter these commands:
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Videostream Chrome" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=5556
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Videostream Mobile" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=5558
